What we store about you, who can see it, and how to delete it.
Short version: we ask for as little as possible, we don’t sell anything to anyone, and you can delete what we have on file at any time.
What we store about visitors
- If you take the matching quiz: your answers + contact details (email, name, optional phone), so we can email you the results and route them to advisors.
- If you contact an advisor: the message, your contact details, and a record of which advisor it went to.
- If you accept the cookie banner: anonymous product analytics via PostHog (page views, button clicks).
Who sees what
Each advisor only ever sees their own inquiries — never anyone else’s. The VerifiedAdvisorsHub team gets a copy of inquiries for ops visibility (delivery issues, abuse). Nothing is shared with third parties for marketing.
How to delete your data
Email support@verifiedadvisorshub.com from the address on file. We’ll confirm and remove your matching inquiry, any contact submissions, and any analytics records we can identify by email.
If you signed a document
If an advisor sent you a document to sign and you signed it, the signed PDF and audit trail are retained for compliance reasons even after deletion — but with your name replaced by a “Deleted user” placeholder. The advisor needs to keep the proof-of-signature for their records.
