Managing your email notifications

Pick which non-essential emails you want. Transactional emails (like signature requests you must sign) always go through.

Find this at Settings → Notifications on the hub. Toggles take effect immediately.

What you can opt out of

  • New marketplace inquiries — emails when a prospect contacts you through your public profile.
  • Signature completion alerts — emails when a client signs a document you sent.
  • Stale access-request digest — weekly summary of business client access requests waiting on action.

What we never let you opt out of

Transactional emails go through regardless of preference because you need them to do your job:

  • Signature requests sent to you that you need to counter-sign.
  • Password reset emails.
  • Email verification when you change your address.
  • Account-security alerts (suspicious login, 2FA changes).

We’ll never send marketing email without your consent. Long-term, expect a monthly digest opt-in for product updates — also off by default.
